M. Julian Duttera, Jr., M.D., Board Chairman

Dr. Duttera is a native of LaGrange, Georgia where he currently resides. He received his undergraduate and medical degree at Duke University. He completed a fellowship at Duke University and his residency at Grady Memorial Hospital. Dr. Duttera currently practices Internal Medicine in LaGrange.
Frances J. Dunston, M.D., M.P.H., Vice Chair

Dr. Dunston is Professor and Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Morehouse School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her Pediatrics residency training at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. She achieved a Masters in Public Health degree at the University of North Carolina in Health Policy and Administration. She is a former New Jersey State Commissioner of Health. Dr. Dunston is board certified in both Pediatrics and Preventive Medicine/Public Health.
Glenda Davis, M.D.

Dr. Davis is a native of Macon, Georgia. She is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia and completed her Family Practice residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Dr. Davis was a recipient of the SMEB scholarship 1978-1982 and practiced in Nashville, GA for twenty years. She currently lives in Hawkinsville, GA, to be nearer to her parents who need her assistance, and practices Emergency Medicine and Urgent care on a part-time basis.
Gregory L. Hopkins, M.D., FAAFP

Dr. Hopkins is a graduate of Medical College of Georgia. He completed residency at University of Florida. Dr. Hopkins is a Board Certified physician in Family Medicine. His practice is located in Unadilla, Georgia.
Timothy J. Palmer, D.O.

Dr. Palmer resides in Swainsboro, Georgia. He is a graduate of Uniformed Services University of Health Science. Dr. Palmer completed his residency with the U.S. Air Force at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. He currently practices Family Medicine in Swainsboro, Georgia.
